Process for submitting Consultant Invoices for Payment

 

If you invoice MMI for your consultant on a Corp. to Corp. basis please follow the process outlined below – this will enable us to properly record the invoice and make timely accurate payments.

  1. Consultant’s name, dates worked and client name MUST be on every invoice.

  2. Please use a unique invoice number for every invoice.

  3. Invoices and associated time sheets MUST be submitted together in a single email to pay@hcmmi.com. Invoices submitted without associated timesheets will delay payments.

  4. If you do not have access to email, please fax to 212-943-0041 but email is preferred.

  5. If you email your invoice and associated time sheets to pay@hcmmi.com - DO NOT SEND DUPLICATE COPIES to any other MMI staff member and there is no need to follow up with a fax or hard copy via the mail. This will actually slow down the process since we have to manually determine why we received multiple invoices and timesheets.

  6. Invoices are payable from the date we receive them – not the date worked or the invoice date. For example, if your corporation has Net 60 payment terms – if we receive an invoice on July 25th for time worked in June – that invoice will be payable 60 days after July 25th which is Sept 25th. The more timely invoices are submitted the more timely they will be paid.

Below, please find our 2010 Payroll Schedule indicating the dates approved time sheets are due. Note: Time Sheets are due by 12pm on the DUE date noted below. All Corp to Corp's please submit an invoice with your time sheet.
