As part of our continuing efforts to develop stronger relationships with both our Consultants and Clients we have introduced a Candidate/Client referral program. We want to reward you for placing your loyalty in Mitchell Martin.

Refer your friends and colleagues who may be looking to advance their career, or let us know of a company that may be looking for clinical staff. The rewards are continuous and are paid out to you for as long as the referred clinician remains on billing.

For any Candidate We Place through your referral, the payout will be as follows:

• For Contract placements: $1.00/hr (for the complete length of the assignment placed)
• For Full-Time Placements: $1000 (paid after completion of 90 days work)
